Judy is currently a Campus Minister for Southern Methodist University (SMU) sponsored by the Office of the Chaplain and Religious Life. She has worked with international students from around the world for the past 16 years. She obtained her MBA from SMU and worked for Bank of America and predecessor banks for 14 years in international and corporate departments.

Judy began her corporate career at PepsiCo Foods International (PFI) where she was the first business analyst at PFI to utilize the microcomputer for consolidating financial information from five different countries. The President of PFI later became CEO of EDS in Dallas but he saw the first microcomputer projects in Judy's office.

Judy left banking to start her own company, SyberPro, Inc., and simultaneously a non-profit, NADEZHDA Foundation. She later founded the NOZOMI Foundation. She continues her interest in entrepreneurship through International Students, Inc. (ISI) through their World Changers Conference and NGO Go Conference for international entrepreneurs. Judy lived in Illinois, California, Iowa, Colorado, Washington, Florida, Texas, Maryland, Maine, Virginia, and settled in Dallas, Texas.

She lived in Spain, the Azores, Mexico, and Japan for several weeks. Her interests include singing with the Dallas Symphony Chorus for 27 years, discipling internationals, and golf.
